Green Power Smoothie
Don’t judge it by the way it looks, it’s not bitter at all. It’s packed with the vitamins and nutrients that your body needs. It can even help you shed a few pounds before your big day!
1. 1 Green Apple
2. ½ cup Green Grapes
3. ½ Cucumber
4. 1 cup of Kale
1. Chop everything into small pieces and put the ingredients into a powerful blender or smoothie maker.
2. You can add water if you have trouble breaking the kale’s stems down.
3. Kale is a tough green so you may need to let the blender run for an additional minute so it mixes well with other green ingredients.
